Hi Revdex.com,
I am responding to this complaint.  This was not the fault of our agency or myself personally.  This was supposed to be directed to the Meemic Insurance Company as they are the ones that changed the insurance rate of [redacted].  I spoke to [redacted] about this and she...

understands that it was not our agency that caused this problem.  She moved to a new address and that was the reason for her auto insurance rate to change/increase.
