Just to give you a clear view of what we had done with the customerCustomer had changed their mind about the unit they bought from us so they mad up a story, saying the unit is not working just because they knew there is 25% restocking fee if they decide to return the equipment and the unit is fineWe nicely asked them to return the unit back and that’s not a problem but we only going to hold the 25% restocking fee till we do the investigation to make sure the unit is not working as they claimedWe received the unit and we sent the customer all the money back including the shipping fees except for 25% restocking fee, as it shown on the previous emails that I am forwarding to youWe sent the unit to the manufacture to check it out if it has any problemThe Manufacture sent us the unit back after testing it and they found no problem with the unit and everything was working fine Please see attachment for all documents that prove the situation

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is incorrect and I have recordings of the phone conversations and emails as wellThey clearly lied and said the machine was year old and it came with HIPAA data on it from 2007-which had not been erased as is required by lawThey also said, "To tell the truth, it is worth $10,000" which it is not.? In addition, they asked that I try to have it fixed and call the manufacture which I did several times.? The machine was not working and we had the hospital and an independent IT company look at it and they could not get it to work.? After several weeks of not being able to care for patients, we had to do something different and we purchased one from a different company.? Due to the way this was handled, we lost business and had delays for care for a monthIt took two weeks to get the machine and several more to try to resolve this issue The pole to the machine came damaged in the box and we took picturalso paid to have the pole repaired where it had been damagedThis is part of what they claim we are not telling the truth about, since that part was repaired by usI had sent pictures to them of the damage which they argued about at the time and said someone would have had to run over itThis is the way he came to usWe have more pictures as well of the damage that we repaired They paid part of the shipping back, but not all of it Due to the nature of the business dealings I have had to this point with this company, I am not surprised by their response.?
