They have made an agreement with me to send me a check for $403.11 on 07/14/2015. This payment for to cover the payment on the 2013 [redacted], plus the late fee, while the car was under their possession over 45 days. According to Mr. Dane W[redacted], the check was sent out on 07/14/2015. But not surprisingly, I have not receive a check from this business as of today.

Good Morning, After some more communication with our staff and analysis of this issue we have not found any new information that would lead us to believe that we were the cause for the interior scratch. We would be more than happy to address the exterior scratch that was alleged to be caused by the dent removal, however, we will not be able to assist the customer in the console issue. It is not a matter of costs to repair, simply a matter of responsibility. If the customer would like to have the scratch on the outside repaired we would be happy to take care of that for him. As for the gift card offer, we often offer our customers items like this as a thank you for their business or an apology for their inconvenience above and beyond anything else that we would do, its just a nice gesture, not meant as a "bribe" in any way. Thanks

I will come in for a final attempt for a resolution on February 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., although Nissan was aware of the issue and the part that was needed onNovember 28, 2015.

We are now taking steps to try to resolve and have the Gap Insurance company enforce the policy then approve the claim. The gap policy was denied by the [redacted] for customer signature not being on the customer signature line. The customer was notified by...

mail within or about 7-10 days from June 24th, 2014 by the administrators for the gap policy. The customer did not respond and rendered the gap policy ineligible. We will reply to the customer when we have a final answer.

We did all we could to assist them we took care of most of the rental bill and tried to even put them into a different vehicle. All was not good enough, plus the car of theirs was not worked on during it's stay here cause they did not want to pay for the work. Please let us know if you would like...

state mandate, Baker Collision is unable
to discount or redeem coupons for any insurance related claims. After speaking
with Ms. [redacted]’s father, [redacted], all parties have agreed that Baker Nissan
Collision will pay 3 days of [redacted]’s out of pocket rental cost.  In addition, Baker Collision will cover any
rental cost if the repairs go beyond March 27th.

It looks like Nissan came out with $500 rebate plus we can see how those discounts work to get to the customers price if he would like to call me. That would be assuming Baytown Nissan has the truck and will and dealer trade the vehicle to us.

  While I certainly sympathize that mistakes happen, it is concerning that this issue was not addressed for weeks despite numerous complaints. It is also concerning that I was told by one manager that this price was correct and that I should go in to test drive the car and put a deposit down.   Having said that, I do appreciate the apology. If the dealer makes a true good will offer at selling me the vehicle at a discounted price to settle this issue, I will be glad to resolve this issue. I can be reached at [redacted]Thanks.

The company has completed the agreement in regards to the purchase...

Mr. [redacted] purchased a vehicle from us a few weeks ago. After taking delivery he notified us a few days after that he noticed a dent on the vehicle. We requested that he bring the vehicle in to have it repaired. The repair was completed and the vehicle was then delivered to him...

again. A few days after that took place he told us that he noticed a scratch on the car. The console issue was over a week after the vehicle was given to Mr. [redacted] the 2nd time. I have asked everyone personally that was involved in the repair of the vehicle if the scratch on the console was done during repair or if it was existing, all agree that it was done before  it was brought back for repair by the customer, not during the repairs. At no point was the amount of the repair an issue in the decision making process. We simply cannot continue to fix issues that come up weeks after the purchase of the vehicle when the customer has taken delivery of the car and has spent ample time with it. We will be happy to address the scratch that Mr. [redacted] states came from the repair of the dent, but we will not be able to repair other issues that come up once a vehicle has been delivered and finalized. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, and as a gesture of good faith, we will address the scratch that Mr. [redacted] claims came from the dent repair, however, the scratch on the console was not created by us, so we will need to respectfully decline that issue.

We would like to invite [redacted] to our service department to meet with the Pre Owned Directory and our Service Director so that we can get a grasp of the issue from the highest level possible and make an effort to fix it. Please let us know what day and time works best, thanks.

We have resolved the issue with the customer and they are satisfied. Thank you, Paul M[redacted]
