Complaint Filed with the Revdex.com dated 7/15/ Customer: [redacted] Response to Statement: [redacted] is a non-client of Meet Me For Lunch LLC (MMFL) Customer has never met with Patti, Owner, Matchmaker and Dating Coach for MMFLCustomer has never had a verbal conversation with Patti in person or by phone [redacted] contacted MMFL in mid-June, reaching out by phoneWhen our office was able to touch bases with her by phone and email it was concluded by Patti that a relationship with this potential client would not be beneficial to her or to our office Aggressiveness and threats do not work well when establishing a possible relationship with a Matchmaker or Dating Coach Meet Me For Lunch is a personalized exclusive Match Making - Date Coaching servicePotential clients are asked to fill out a short brief questionnaire on line to help us further identify their needs and desiresThose needs could be matchmaking, coaching or possibly not something MMFL can offer them Patti uses her discretion, experience and knowledge to determine if the potential lead is a good fit for MMFL This discretion can be used during phone conversations, messages left and emails between the potential client and the MMFL office Meet Me For Lunch is an extremely busy office and it is our goal to answer and respond as quickly and efficiently as possible to every lead that we receiveOur office hours are by appointment only and are usually late afternoon or evening hoursWe hold various events throughout Anchorage monthly, which keeps our office very busyPhone calls are usually returned within two to three business days In response to Settlement: July 12, 2016, Sent [redacted] an email per her request with instructions on how to remove her profile information July 13, Sent [redacted] an email to confirm her profile would be completely deleted at that pointWe were able to confirm at that point that [redacted] had accessed her profile and made changes and deleted various information Her profile was no longer available to view by MMFL or [redacted] July 13, Received an email from [redacted] thanking us for deleting her profileThis email contained a note asking if a lead profile can be deleted completely by the lead themselvesI emailed her and explained that all the personal information could be deleted/changed but an administrator would have to delete the profile completely July 13, Received another email asking about why we were no longer accepting Matchmaking clients and that our website does not state thatI responded with an email stating that because MMFL is a personalized service and it is at Patti’s discretion as to who she wants to build a client relationship with being it Matchmaking or CoachingMMFL is able to accept new clients if Patti feels it’s in the best interest of both parties July 13, [redacted] called and left a message for me asking to talk directlyDue to a meeting, I responded with an email to set up a phone conversation the next day July 14, Contacted [redacted] and left a message for her to call meWe touched basis later that afternoon and had a pleasant minute conversation regarding the situationIt was acknowledged and definitely noted regarding her issues with the time frame that her initial phone calls were responded tooI discussed and reiterated that MMFL is a personalized service and has been in business years and has a great reputation and success history here in AnchorageWe clarified the information regarding deleting her profile and made sure the she was 100% comfortable with knowing that her profile was deletedConversation concluded with making sure that all of her questions and concerns were discussed and I wished her well Our office has documentation regarding all emails, text and phone calls with [redacted] We also have photos, if needed, showing that the profile was deleted from our databaseThese are readily available for review As a result of this current concern and issue, we are adding the following disclosure to our website Meetmeforlunch.net "We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service" Jill Office Manager Meet Me For Lunch

[redacted] chose to sign up for the "Black Book" membership knowing that it was limited to matching opportunities, unlike the full client matchmaking services offered at a higher feeSome members receive dates sooner and some members receive dates laterI do my best to make things happen as soon as possible, however I have no control over a persons availability or desire for a specific matchI am sad to say that I was unable to provide [redacted] with a matchIt is impossible to make promises or deadlines for love, only opportunitiesAs for my communications and availability to members; I wish I was person [redacted] available 24/however I am notI email and call people when I am setting up matches for them Because no matches were created and provided for ***, MMFL happily cancelled the membership agreement and provided a 100% refundA check in the amount of was written on 4/18/and cashed on 4/21/ [redacted] was removed from my data base for all future possible matching opportunitiesShe is a lovely person and I only wish her the very bestPatti

[redacted] contacted MMFL in mid-June, reaching out by phone. July 14, 2016 Contacted [redacted] and left a message for her to call me. We touched basis later that afternoon and had a pleasant 20 minute conversation regarding the situation. It was acknowledged and definitely noted regarding her issues with the time frame that her initial phone calls were responded too. I discussed and reiterated that MMFL is a personalized service and has been in business 10 years and has a great reputation and success history here in Anchorage. We clarified the information regarding deleting her profile and made sure the she was 100% comfortable with knowing that her profile was deleted. Conversation concluded with making sure that all of her questions and concerns were discussed and I wished her well.
Our office has documentation regarding all emails, text and phone calls with [redacted].  We also have photos, if needed, showing that the profile was deleted from our database. These are readily available for review.

[redacted] was removed from my data base for all future possible matching opportunities. She is a lovely person and I only wish her the very best. Patti

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 
1)  I would like to confirm my NAME will not be posted publicly!!!!   
 
2)  Jill has misrepresented the actual correspondence that occurred.  She has not included the conversation she and I had, where she acknowledged that Patti should not have said what she said.   She and Patti have "sanitized" the email communications.  For example, she stated on 7/12 they sent me instructions on how to delete my profile. That is inaccurate.   Here is the email exchange:

3)  Revdex.com should consider pulling this business' accreditation.  They have too many complaints about the same matter:  poor correspondence.  
4)  I am pleased my profile has been deleted, but this response from the business is slanderous and I do not accept it.
