The first time I thought they where monitoring the accounts, with customer service representatives, which was in 2012 WHEN I JOINED, The reason why I thought they where monitoring was because I had a problem with a couple features & I had contacted MeetMoi at a number ###-###-#### and was assisted with the issue. However, I continued to be a member. But months went buy, I was a member off & On. The second year into having my profile I started to notice that" I didnt believe they where monitoring the accounts as they claim they are how I figured this is when they send you offers or text, and if you get the offer, than you can select the 72 hour browsel, but once you decide to stay for the month & pay. You can no longer access your credit card information once you choose to be a premium member, the store all your credit card data which people should have the option to remove their credit card information, instead they keep all the cards that you ever used in their data, and you can not delete your old cards, which are cards that you no longer use anymore, which they take that option away. Another thing I contacted them for a month about a features that when you click on them or by cell touch screen, The features where not working properly, and where displaying messages such" if I click on the feature where it says member look up," this message would respond, "your purchas cannot go through" well this raises a concern, why is my credit card being attempted to go through when I am not even in the billing area, so next I than went to account summary, And guess what"
You cannot see any of your credit cards that you use, you have no option to either update to delete the other cards that you may use for other things now, they take that right away to delete old credit cards and you can not view the last digits, unless you repay or join& they will display the cards that have you have used to pay your bill, but the deleting cards is not an option, which can put consumers at risk not only that. I contacted them about this problem since sept, than nov and no one has even attempt to resolve the issue, I have a virus from their system on my profile, because I checked, I looked and I dug for trying to figure what has happened, I have in my gmail, that I sent them the request to fix the problem it is 1:26pm in Louisville, I started this complaint about my profile along time ago, no one seem to address or tempt to fix it, This is a problem And they Are not monoriting the accounts correctly. they have everything done by automatic which is problem, all the customer service numbers are fonie & not working numbers, The company makes enough money to have alot of there member profile fixed if theres a problem some of the other phone numbers listed for the company MeetMoi, is ###-###-####/ ###-###-####/ ###-###-####, and you dont get no customer care rep and the issue remain unsolved, they done got rich, Lazy and are being neglectant and my issues is still not solve, I get no choice to talk to a rep, about why I cannot remove my old cards, and I get no choice about the virus on my profile page because I am 100% sure its from them So please look into this if it goes un handle I will contact my news station and show them that Meet Moi is not giving people the option to remove credit card info once its processed, and that they have not fixed my profile and that is a concerned ecspecially if a feature that is suppose to help you search, is trying to run an unauthorized payment.Desired Settlement: want to some one to make sure that these computer companies have Customer care reps that handle this and multiple accounts and make sure the customers identity is being confidential and that the customer can be giving the option to remove cards, and can choose what card to pay for memeber ship with out meetmoi choosing your cards that you pay for and that they monitor the accounts for viruses. Also when you block a member. I noticed some of the profiles are scary and I reported them when you report a bad profile, the meetmoi automatic says thank you. Or the same response I donot believe that they actually look and review the perofiles that people Flag for block that looks awful or with children that are being posted in certain profiles, this man was squeezing his daughters face or someones child looked like bondage, but I reported, than went to my block list and what you know the same picture was still there.
