Per the complaint filed Against Mega 97.9, one of our radio stations, through Cumulus Media IncThe event that the consumer bought tickets to and wristbands was not one of our concertsIt was not done through Cumulus MediaWe advertised for the promotor of the concert "Diamond Production? who was responsible for all of the ticket sales, promotionsHere at Cumulus we did not sell any tickets to this event nor wristbandsWe did have our banners at the concert since we promoted the event through paid advertising done by Diamond ProductionsThe consumer called our Promotions Manager, [redacted] , and he tried to explain to the consumer, we did not sell tickets that it was not our concertThe consumer became very irate and wanted a refundOur Program Director for our station KMGV, [redacted] ***, tried to also reach out to the consumer to find a solutionThe consumer returned his call and said that she had been taken care of by [redacted] at our radio station, she never heard back from the promoter and that everyth.ng was OK and thanked him for the callWell, we do not have a [redacted] that works for usI believe the consumer mixed us up with the promoter and therefore filed the complaint against our radio station KMGVIf you have any further questions or need any clarification please let me know

responsible for all of the ticket sales, promotions. Here at Cumulus we did not sell any tickets to this event nor wristbands.
