We were promised NEW winter tires on the sale of a used vehicle and were given VERY USED tires instead.
Went in to purchase a used vehicle. The final decision came down to Mega giving us NEW winter tires. The salesman (***) promised we would pick up the vehicle with new tires. Picked up the car in February. In March when it was time to change the tires, we were told we had only 1 year left with those tires. They were 4 to 5 years old. I have been trying to get in touch with the owner and manager but it has been almost 2 months now and nobody will call me back or respond to my emails. They one time I did get a hold of someone, they said we were never promised brand new tires.
I purchased a car with a 30day warranty from them & I also purchased additional coverage. Within the first weeks leak occured wich they refuse to fix
I purchased a *** 2012 Car for $9786 befor tax October 12 2018 with a 30 day warranty told me if I had any issues at all they would fix it no problem. They also sold me an extended 5 year warranty package for used vehicals company warranty by *** for $2400.
On October 31 a full leak from the sunroof occured and the car was stalling. I called immediatly for repair and they took the car in the next day.
When I went to pick up the car they told me it was fixed but again within that week leaks accured (the starter was fixed). I have since returned the car back and forth over 5 times and every time they tell me the leak is fixed and its not.
*** (Sales & Relations) told me there there is nothing hes repair guys can do to fix the leak from the sunroof. I ask if they could send it to *** Dealer on *** (***) as the *** dealer confirmed there should be no leaks or water drips and that they could service the car. I told Mega Automobile you told me that you would fix any issues.
Mega Automobile is refusing to keep the warranty to fix any problems that occure with this car they sold me and have since put my car in there parking lot.
I have used this car for the first 2 and a half weeks and it has been at the dealer ever since. They refuse to get the sunroof, leaks and water drips fixed even if the problem occured within 2 and a half weeks after I purchased the car.

Hi,
I was made aware of this case by our Service Manager. This vehicle was inspected by our techs and also an external auto glass specialist and they have not detected any water leak from the roof. I invite the client to bring the vehicle and in his presence, we will do all necessary tests including using a water hose to make sure there is no leak. Our techs suspect condensation due to the cold weather outside.
Please ask the client to contact me personally and I will take care of this case.
If there is a leak, we will fix it, but we need to make sure the leak is from the roof and not due to condensation.

I do not accept this response for the following reasons. I have attached photos to an email to this business with proof that there is in fact a water leak in the sunroof, not from condensation. From rain water and any water source to be exact. This proves that there is in fact a water leak in the sunroof that they refuse to pay for and fix. This dealership has finally taken my car to a proper *** dealership to get it revised by a garage that is trustworthy. This *** dealership has confirmed that Mega has put in the seal to the sunroof incorrectly and in fact let's the sunroof leak water. It is not due to condensation it is do to the fact that the workers at this garage have not properly fixed this issue. I have not had my car for over a month now. If it were just condensation I would be able to drive it without having water leak out of the roof and damaging the fabric. Mega has not fixed this issue properly since November 1st as well as arguing with myself over the phone to not get it properly checked. I have been told that it is normal for it to leak, to *** my problem, as well as to not park on a hill if it is raining in order for the sunroof not to leak. I have heard all the excuses. As well as getting phone calls from different people to convince me that my car is fine, when every time I take it back and it rains the car is full of water, the fabric and the sunroof is filled with water. This response is not 100% accurate and is missing key details to my situation.
