[redacted] they don't check anything before shipping. And when I asked for a refund I get ignored by some [redacted] person named ***. [redacted] did and investigation deemed my items lost in the mail but shipper refuses to refund me. To top it off I am getting the run around. When I call some kid picks of the phone saying can you hear me can you hear me 20 times then hangs up, e-mails are ignored, customers beware. [redacted]
