very little amount for a quality lighting install$in material that I supplied and $labor(hours on a Saturday)
He got upset because the drywall repair contractor (Jay) that I had referred to him, did not show up to complete the jobHe then attempted to go after me to get some money back on his lighting job by saying that I did the install wrongHe never gave me the chance to correct the problem if there was oneI required him to show me proof of the incorrect install and I would refund him his moneyHe refused my request and I was unable to give him a refundHe tried to retract his PayPal payment but it was rejected by PayPal and the dispute was founded in my favor

I have reviewed the response made by the consumer in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and it appears that he is unwilling to compromise a solution. The consumer is now claiming that Mega Electric has falsified documents and posted an inappropriate campaign against him. This appears to be a desperate attempt to divert attention from the initial complaint.
Mega Electric did a quality lighting job at an inexpensive cost to the consumer. (See attachment 1) 
Consumer was satisfied with the work and paid for the job. (See attachment 2)
Consumer claims Mega Electric installed the lights incorrectly. Consumer attempts to claim a refund of installation. (See attachment 3)
Mega Electric responds to refund request from consumer. (See attachment 4)
Consumer demanding a refund. Consumer badgering Mega Electric. Mega Electric requesting proof of incorrect install to grant refund. (See attachment 5)
Mega Electric was unable to grant a partial refund due to the consumers refusal to produce proof of wrong doing.
Mega Electric has sincerely try to help this consumer in a professional manner. This consumer complaint is falsified in every manner.

This customer ([redacted]) was satisfied with the work I did for him at first. He paid a very little amount for a quality lighting install. $526.00 in material that I supplied and $300.00 labor.
