Review: I ordered three new soundproofing windows for my apartment on 9/**/14. The company came and measured the windows (I had worked with them before at my previous residence), installed some glass of my choice over a closet door, drew up an invoice on which I put down a deposit of $1500, and I never heard from them again. I called them repeatedly, e-mailed them repeatedly once the 6-10 week period had passed - as that was how long the windows were supposed to take. It is now six months since they came and took the order and my deposit.
I am very frustrated, and surprised. This is a business that prides itself on having been in the neighborhood for years.Desired Settlement: A refund, so I can work with another company, one that I can trust. $1500 is no small amount of money.
