Review: My car was having some issues and my 6cd disc changer/radio unit in my 2007 acura tl type s went bad. I went on a search through [redacted] to see any used parts were available. I found an ad that was up and contacted them. The man, I dont recall his name but his cell number is ###-###-#### was who I spoke with and made a deal with over the phone. I then scheduled a day for me to go to his shop in [redacted] MD to purchase the unit. I was guaranteed the unit worked with no issues and they tested it out. I went with their word and purchased it. Last week I went to a reputable shop in my area "[redacted]" in [redacted] MD to have them install it for me. They confirmed the unit I bought did not work. I then called the man who sold me the unit and was told he will not refund my money and hung up on me. I drove a total of 3 hrs and spent $120 for a broken unit and will not be refunded. I just want my money back, they can have their broken unit back. all there units are marked with yellow ink as the lady there had showed me and discussed what she was doing.Desired Settlement: I would like my $120 refunded to me. I dont care about the gas money I spent, the money spent at a shop to install and un-install. I work too hard for my money to be cheated and lied and given a run around to just simply lose $120. Please help me here somehow. Thank you.
