The company refuses to return the item for credit or cash. The delay in the label system was not my fault. I kept in constant contact with them. It seems funny that the second party that sends out the labels was not able to send a label the second time per email or mail within 30 days. It is obvious this company doesn't want returns. Buyer beware of your purchase with this company. In my opinion they loose money on returns & will plan games to not have them. Unfortunate for them as a happy buyer is always a return buyer. I wouldn't purchase from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!
