it is setup with no cancellation fee, in that case it is on a month to month basis. We do have a signed merchant agreement on file for your account, which can be provided to you per your request. This account was signed on a three year term, ending in 10/**/16. Any cancellation prior to that point would incur a cancellation fee. Upon looking into this issue further, and speaking with your dedicated sales representative, we have come to understand that this account was pending closure due to us not receiving equipment back that was provided to you upon the opening of this account. This was discussed via phone and emails. Our policy is in order to close a merchant account the equipment must be returned, then the account can be closed out. However, we would like to solve this matter in a fair way, as we value the relationships we have with our current merchants, as well as our previous ones.
