Review: On April ** I entered a contract with Draftmaster engineering aka megamechanical, Inc at the recommendation of my contractor [redacted]. This company was hired to respond to a 6 page email dated april 8 by the reviewing architect of my new office ([redacted]) in order to obtain permits prior to renovation. They were to provide drawings and answer questions regarding the placement of new HVAC system and plumbing. On May [redacted] I received a response to this email, with 95% noted as response not provided, in addition to the drawings submitted being inaccurate with placement of my unit on the opposite side of the building. My conclusion were they were incompetent and as time was a grave factor, and as this is to be my place of business, (with the lease of my current office close to termination) I hired another expeditor/architect, who did a proper job. As this company failed to do what they were hired to I would like my 2500 dollar deposit returned. They are completely incompetent.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my deposit.

Something needs to be done! this business is a fraud and took 2500 as a deposit and did not do what they were paid to.
