We spoke with the customer and told him to take the vehicle to a shop 4/13/and the customer informed us the the vehicle is in the shop and is being diagnosedWe requested the shops name and phone number so we could give them a call and get informed on the miles, any codes on the vehicle, and what needed to be doneThe customer said he would give us a call backThe customer called back several times and every time we requested the shops name and phone number and still was not provied with the informationWe called the customer 4/14/and again requested the shops name and phone number and the customer told us he never took it to the shop he took it to a family friendWe informed them to take it to a bar certified shop for a diagnostic and we will go from there

They customer stated numureous times they took it to a shop, but after speaking with the customer for a day they finally said they just took it to a family friendWe told the customer to take it to a bar licensed mechanic shop for a diagnosticThe customer test drove the vehicle twice before purchaseOnce a few days before purchase and then the day of puchaseWe requested a work order and the first one that they sent had no information of the vehicle VIN, Miles, diagnostic reports, or BAR licenseThey second work order recieved the same day on 4/14/at 12:PM was sent and the vehicle mileage was and we sold them the vehicle at milesThe customer has stated to us and the that they only drove the vehicle about miles from the date of purchaseThe vehicl is over the miles on the limited warrantyThe customer then stated the shop made a mistake on the milesWe called the shop and verified that the miles on the work order were correct at [redacted] We called the customer and informed then unfortunatly there is nothing we can do because they are outside their limited warranty

I am rejecting this response because: my contract states there was only a hour warranty I complained about the vehicle the third day mega motors should show you the contract my vehicle was broken into I called them there was nothing they could do I made a police report

I am rejecting this response because: has my contract and it clearly states hours on there and why the car showing up as paid by dealer in my credit report when my payment is due the 16th of this month I paid last month so I don't see how you were able to do that

No they say as is ,,but I've purchase other vehicles from mega motors an never had problems?so this *** isn't 60days old an I pay500.*** notes...still its 14,000-15,000...still due on itshistory from *** *** that was my saving my mom,brother,son died...this intent is depective fraud
he knew the airbags had holes in them an compressor was out....he didn't tell me this or I wouldn't have bought it

Mega Motors 702 Spencer Hwy. South Houston, TX 77587 713-941-3018 Case #[redacted]- G[redacted], L[redacted] 06/16/15   This vehicle was contracted on 03/24/15 by Mega Motors and sold to G[redacted] as a return customer.  We have sold several cars to G[redacted] and it surprises us how far this small issue has gone.  Ms. L[redacted] is very aware we are an In House Financing Company that sells used cars with No Warranties.  Extended Warranties are available to customers who choose to purchase through third parties.   Even though those are the terms understood by the customers we at Mega Motors reach out to our customers as we have in the past to Ms. L[redacted] and assist those in need of with certain requirements.                 Ms. L[redacted] spoke with two of our service reps before taking the vehicle to a repair shop of her choice and was explained on two separate occasions that no repair arrangements could be made through a phone call and that vehicle would have to be brought in so our technicians could inspect the vehicle at no cost.  She refused to have it brought in on after being told there would be no cost on inspecting the vehicle.  Ms. L[redacted] insisted on making repair arrangements through the service reps again  and was explained to that the service reps do not have the authorization to make such a choice.  After being spoken rudely to she then asked to speak to me, Eddie G[redacted] to get a better understanding of what could be done for her.                 I explained to her that the service reps did as they are trained to do and that indeed the vehicle would have to be brought in so we could have a better idea of what, and how we could help her situation.  Ms. L[redacted] rejected the offer and set her own terms which she wanted us to pay a third party repair bill.  I explained to her that we would not take any responsibilities to a repair bill not authorized by us.  I explained that bringing it to our facility would allow us to make better choices on how we could help her fix the vehicle for a cheaper rate on parts and labor in the event any parts would be needed.  She then decided to once again reject the offer and hung up the conversation.                  Ms. L[redacted] claims the vehicle was sold under those conditions and that we knowingly sold her vehicle but in reality that’s not how we conduct business.  We sale used cars and at times problems come about but we take the correct steps on making the situation better but it also takes efforts on the customers side to make it work.  Ms. L[redacted] has been driving the vehicle for several months so I am certain the problem did not exist before the sale.  Even though things have not gone as we would like for them to go, we are still offering to inspect the vehicle at no cost.  Mega Motors will not take responsibilities on charges by a third party mechanic shop.  If any further questions are needed to be and answered please feel free on contact me at the number located at the top.  Thanks…..
