Review: I went to the Mega Nail salon at 1pm on 9/**/14 to get a pedicure/manicure. The nail technician who was assigned to me looked like she was unsure of what she was doing and kept messing up. After about 15 minutes of messing up, I told her to stop and take off the color off 7 of my toes since she was still undone at that time. I said that I would prefer to come back later. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the technician but she's the only one in the place who is clearly not [redacted] as she was darker skinned and looked like from a different country. The older lady who works there and seems to be running the place would not let me leave and insisted that I pay for an "incomplete" pedicure. I was furious because I should not have to pay for a service that was not complete. I paid anyway in order to get out of the salon. This old lady said that I could come back later. Well, she did not even offer to give me a receipt. I had to ask her for one and it was not even a real receipt as she simply wrote on a card "payed $15." It's obvious that the nail technician was unsure of how to do a pedicure correctly, and it makes me wonder if she's even licensed, which I should have asked to begin with!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $15.
