I am rejecting this response because: as you can see from a respectable business,(invoice attached) that there was NO DAMAGE to the chain or barThe damage was to internal parts, and they said yes it would still START but would not runUnfortunately in order to not pay for the diagnostic they business has agreed to scrap the sawI just cant believe the liesThis business should not be accredited
