I am rejecting this response because: I am not completely satisfied with the resolution and the steps taken by E.EWard because after checking the remaining furniture and having noticed other scrapes and nicks as well as a tear underneath the sofa, and after speaking this morning (12/15/2016) with the furniture repair person, just for him to state that all he could do is...and I quote, "touch up and try to hide the damage." Well, that is not okay.Because I am now being told there is no fix, it is looking as if I must either settle with nicked up furniture which I did not have before my move, or I have to replace over $worth of furnitureAll I can say is that it is unfairThe only reason I am in this situation is because their movers lied about the job they were to do which is wrap my furniture as promised and now I have to payJust note, I actually paid them $dollarsAll I get in return is $and a furniture repair person who says he will try to hide the damageSo after speaking with him, I have to reject their response and say that I am NOT satisfiedI will simply have to wait and see just what this furniture repair person can actually fix

On December 10th a move crew from E.EWard performed a move for Ms***On December 12th at 10:am one of our Move Coordinators received an email from Ms*** stating that the crew did not perform to her expectation and satisfactionUpon receiving this communication the E.EWard
Customer Service and Operation teams called a huddle to address Ms***’s experienceAt 12:pm on December 12th the following email was sent to Ms***: Good Afternoon Ms***, I appreciate you using EE Ward to perform your move and also taking the time to provide me feedback on your move from SaturdayAll of us at E.EWard are trustees of a tradition of quality service that was started in by John TWardThe service you have described to me is not the type of service we strive to provide as a company, please accept my apologyI have had a conversation with our VP of Company Services, Hal B***, in regard to your move on SaturdayHal will be contacting you today in an effort to address your current situationSincerely, Marcie After this email was sent, Hal from E.EWard made a call to Ms*** on December 12th at 2:pm and there was no answer so a voice mail was leftWith no response as of 11:am on December 13th, another call attempt occurred at 11:am, Ms*** did return the call at 1:pm, and however Hal was in a meetingA call back attempt the afternoon of the 13th was unsuccessful, as an alternate attempt, an email was also sent on December 13th at 12:pmOn December 14th at 12:pm offer to Ms*** to repair the dresser that had scratches and a partial refund of the amount paid for her move servicesAs of December 15th, an appointment with a furniture repair professional has been set for December 27thBased on our last conversation with Ms***, she is satisfied with the resolution and steps taken by the E.EWard
