Mega Place Toys

Review: I purchased a ride in car through [redacted], but the car was manufactured by Mega Place Toys. When we received the car, there was a manufacturer default and the car would not run properly. We emailed the customer service department and told us that we had to hook it up a different way. We, the customer, told them that we tried that and need someone to call us so we could speak with someone regarding the issue. Finally, someone called us and we could barely understand them because their English was poor. He told us to send back the car and if it's manufacturer error they will reimburse our shipping. [redacted] reimbursed us for the purchase of the car. We returned the car and have yet to see our refund for shipping. It's been 3-4 months. I have sent them pictures of the invoice and he finally emailed me back stating that I will only get half of my refund because [redacted] charges more and it should only of been $100 instead of $200. I was irate!! I told him that in his initial email he told me he would reimburse me if manufacturer error and he said yes, but fed ex charges more. I responded with " you never once told me that I had to ship it through a certain postal business". He emailed me back a week later and told me that he has to check with his boss regarding full refund, but he is in China and doesn't get back till march *. Well, it's March ** and I've sent numerous emails and have yet to hear from them. We have been emailing back and fourth for 3 -4months now and no progress is made! Never order from this company!!!!!! I have emails to prove everything!Desired Settlement: A full refund for me shipping the car back. Receipts shows I paid $200 and I would like the full amout paid to me.
