Mr M [redacted] has great difficulty in telling the truth, both to me during the process of trying to purchase the car, and nowTo clarify from the start, I had spoken to M [redacted] several times on the phone about the carDuring discussing the price, and fees involved, he stated that the fees were imposed by the city of Phoenix, and he had no control over these feesI understand each area and business have fees instatedI explained to M [redacted] that I just needed a price that we could agree on, and that price was to include those feesI just wanted to pay them for the car, one price, and be ***eM [redacted] stated to me that at $4500.00, he would handle the fees mentioned At this point, I thought we were both happy with the deal, April May 2, I had the request for a $deposit, which I paidI then asked for the invoice for the remaining $so that I could wire the funds and complete the dealTuesday, I get the invoice with an additional $202.50, not what we had agreed uponI was not belligerent, but sent a text to M [redacted] to remind him of our agreed price, and asked for a revised invoiceM [redacted] told his partner that we had agreed on $4500.00, that his partner said the fees had to be addedThis after our agreementM [redacted] then became rude, stating, quote"If $is a big issue for you you should be not purchasing vehicles that you cannot afford" After several more demeaning comments, he also stated that I "should purchase a car somewhere under $4000.00" M [redacted] called me, yelling from the startAgain stating that I could not afford the carAnd telling me that I was "too stupid to buy a car"And continued by announcing that he was a former Chicago policeman, and and stating "I have plenty of people on hand that can deal with you"This was a terrorist threat according to the law in most states! M [redacted] is also outright lying about the name callingNot one did I ever call him a name

In response to this complaintMr *** *** had offered to buy a vehicle from us on Ebay and we agreed to $I had stated to him he had pay local taxes and a doc fee of He gave us deposit of which is non refundableA few days later he texted me to pay the difference and said
he only owed us I stated to him he had to pay taxes and that it states it in the adHe said the deal is off and I want my deposit backI stated that taxes are non negotiable and they were on top of the he still owed usHe became belligerent in nature and call me a Son of a bh and a liarI stated that we had 100% rating and we have great feedback from customersHe stated we were liars and called me a ***I told him if he had issues with taxes to call the State Legislature and let them know his displeasureWe did tell him that the ad states all of these are part of the deal...He continued to demean me on the phone and curse over and over I told him he shouldn't be shopping for vehicles out of his price range to not waste our timeHe stated we were liars and cursed some moreI told him that in my years of law enforcement integrity was everything and I live my business practices that way also.In our time dealing with Mr *** we were helpful and upfrontHe was belligerent and demeaning to usWe told him that our policy states that we do not refund deposits because it does cost us money to list and resist vehiclesWe turned down another customer who wanted that vehicle because Mr *** agreed to buy it.Mr *** has a horrible temper on the phone and called me every name in the bookTaxes are not an option and clearly it is stated in the ad. He was given his deposit backI refuse to read anymore of this person nonsenseHe cursed and yelled at me and told him do not call us anymoreHe did not want to pay taxesHe pulled out of the deal afterHe was tol led there was sales tax. Also eBay sided with us as it was stated in the ad that taxes were added to sale priceWe run a class act here and have 100% ratingSo our past integrity shows we aren't playing games.Nobody threatened him absolute disingenuous person.
