Mega Van Lines

They were punctual, professional, and very quick. It was raining that day and they didn't complain once. I didn't realize they were cash only and when I told them I would have to walk to the bank get to cash, they offered a ride. I will never again use any other movers!

Everything went very well. The dispatcher was careful not to over-promise, but also was good about communicating on the pick-up and drop-off ends. Loading crew was professional, fast. No funny business. Shipment weighed more than estimated and additional charges were clearly explained.

It was a fantastic service! At first I was very hesitant with committing to any mover - never had used movers before and was worried about hidden fees and swindlers but honestly, these movers made me feel at ease. I recommend the movers to all.

Mega Van Lines were great movers. Fast. Did a great job wrapping and moving my stuff. Also they were on time and gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving. They did everything to help me with the move. I love their service.

The Mega Van Lines somehow handled it!! It wasn't the most inexpensive move, but if you want to hand the keys to a professional team so you don't have to worry about it, these are the guys. I would recommend them to anyone who inquires. Thank you boys to all.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. A box of my dead mothers items was stolen along with all of her jewelry. Clippings of her hair and momentos all gone. A necklace that had my late aunts fingerprint. This is in addition to paying double to what was quoted to me. I want my items back they can not be replaced I trusted this company because I had no other way to transport items as I am disabled .
This is not even the company who moved me they contracted Golden Van Lines who doubled the rate quoted. After the picked up my items they then told me they would be delivered in 7-10 days which was not initially explained. So I waited a week for my items only discover a major theft. This is so disheartening.

These guys were as good as it gets. Super quick. Efficient. This crew was tremendous. The lead guy William was easy to work with, professional, nice and thoughtful. As good a mover I've ever used, and as positive an experience as I've had moving. Will absolutely recommend this company and crew to my friends and family!

I think anyone on here leaving a positive review is not a real account. I was stranded in Tucson Arizona, and let this company know I need them here by the 30th no later because my lease ends the 31st. And I was guaranteed I would have a driver to move me out, even had a fall back date of the 29, Nobody came. I spoke with so many people and nobody could call me back. One man screamed at me and gave me a fake name and hung up on me. And keep in mind I'm from California and was in Arizona alone stranded because of this company and I had no where to live because my building threw me out on the 31st. Nobody ever showed up and they said they would the second of August ( I left by then) I ended up throwing all my stuff in bags and shipping it, but Still nobody came the second. We were told their car broke down and I'm reading these comments above and I see that's what they are telling other people too. It's all a lie and a scam. I hate to name drop but I just spoke to a man with the last name *** ( if that's even his name) and he told me we won't be getting a refund and that the company he works for is a "big company" so they aren't scared of the legal action we are taking. He was also insulting to me and my family. On top of that- we ask for the owner of the company's information and we are unable to get information of the owner not even a phone number or email because there is no owner. There's no manager, or higher leveled representatives. This company is ran by liars and thief's who managed to lie to me every day about my move in date and then steal my families money. I recommend if you had issues similar to ours you take them to court and or file a police report against them. They need to be taken down as a company. They just steal money and don't care - which is so in humane in a company that's supposed to move people. I'm hoping we get our money back and this company gets taken down. It's sad to see they are okay with doing this to people with no punishment.

hands down the worst experience ever!!! we were sold a full service move (agent specifically told me that it included them taking my furniture apart and everything). When getting a quote she said everything was approximate. I told her how many people lived in our house and she told me about how many boxes that equaled. I paid the deposit and booked them. Fast forward to the day before moving day, the quality control guy calls and we go over the list (that was the time to make any changes) we took alot off and added somethings (it all equaled out). our price almost tripled! we had to take so many things off the truck because we no longer could afford it. we were also told that we would be told if we went over and what the drop off price would be with 24 hrs. we thought about cancelling but would loose our 1000 deposit. so we proceeded. movers get there (they were great!) but they told us they dont even have tools and never offered "full service". they load and unload only". they also showed up in a rented *** truck.
we were also offered 30 days free storage... btw this is not a deal thru them, its a uhaul deal to get 30 days free when you go over 1000 miles.

we called several times and our issue were never addressed. everytime we call to find out the final price, we are told they will call back or email, and never get a call or email. we were also offered free storage until we were able to close on our house.

today I was told that I would be charged the storage and that it was going to cost double what we were originally told at drop off. now there is an issue between the movers and this "company"

they are unprofessional and sold us lies. made no attempt to make it right and when they did, they lied. we would have never known about the charged storage had we not asked.

These people suck!!! do not use them. My elderly Father N Law was charged 865.00 for a move deposit. Mind you the date had not been established and he called and cancelled on 8/6 and on 8/11 he was charged. When I called them they transferred me to the "Supervisor *** who was EXTREMELY RUDE and said they do not do refunds and that the move was already scheduled which is weird because they were never given a date. I said for him to show me the proof that they were allowed to take the money and to send me the paper work or recording of the call and they never did. We are now filing a claim with our bank and getting an attorney. These people are crooks! BEWARE!
