Few days later I got an email from Paypal that she filed a charge-backI contacted her and offered her $discount for her next appointment, she did not respondDays later, all her money was refunded to her by Paypal (i don't know how she was able to get that done, again she work to her bank) but I am going to pursue legal advice to get to the bottom of itI took us hours to do her hair, she agreed to pay me, in her own statement, she said she was going to pay me $for my services and end up not paying me a dime, took her money back and filing a complainshe still owe me for my 8hours of services

Like I said initially, when *** called me on that Saturday night, I wasn't able to answer her call so responded by text message
Anyway that is not the pointThe point is that my sister and I have done her hair for hours, and after making her payment through Paypal, she has managed to get her money back about days lateri don't know how she managed to do that and she still avoiding to talk about thati have proof of everything that I talked aboutevery detail is attached below
now I have no interest in lying about this situation*** *** has stolen our time and money and is still insisting that she has not received a refundthat is not about the Paypal documents are sayingmatter of fact they even charge me an extra $as a charge-back settlement fee
*** has still not paid for her services and as she stated,she kept her braids from 11/14/to 12/04/so she kept them for weeks and still has not paid for them

As explained in the initial submission of this compliant, the transaction was disputed on 11/16/and was given provisional credit but the transaction was charged back to me on 12/28/because *** contested my disputeThe service provided was paid in full and does not even warrant it for the lack of professionalism and quality of service with the Kinky Twist hairstyle is absurd
