I am rejecting this response because:
Hi Mr, *** ***, I would like to inform you as far as I'm concerned this issue is not resolved. No one has called me to indicate how I will receive a payment book (called again in May 2016). In addition to that,
how your electronic processing process will ensure that my payment will be distributed correctly in the upcoming months. Last payment for May '16 was once again was all distributed to principle. As a result, I have decided to discontinue my business with Megastar holdings. I will be closing this account and going with a different finance company in the next business days I really enjoyed when my loan was serviced for years out of the Santa Clara, CA office. As soon I was switched to the Ewing, NJ office I've had nothing but continues trouble. I do hope you can recover the respect and improve your fiduciary responsibilities for other customers very soon.
