Review: [redacted] is the Broker/Owner of Megastar Real Estate and I ([redacted]) had a verbal agreement in regards of her finding me an Apartment in Brookyn NY. On August **,2013 She said I had to pay the Broker's fee ($1,621) first before I sign the lease and if I don't sign the lease she will return my money ($1,621) With hesitation I proceeded on giving her the money. Due to Circumstances beyond my control I was not able to sign the lease. I contacted her immediately to explain the situation, She said she will link up with me to give my money back but ended up dodging me by not answering my calls. When I finally reached her from someone else phone she said that she will NOT refund me my money. I did not know that I didnt have to give her the money until after I signed the lease but she coned me into doing so. Can You Please help me I am a single Working Mother making Minimum wage and I need my money to take care of my child. SHE IS A [redacted]!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: For her to give me back my entire $1,621
