Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/20) */ [redacted] made her order for "party pegs" with the information stating that the conclusive order design time would be month from PAYMENT dateOnce that date was submitted and paid, product was ordered for the amount desiredAt a later date an additional allotment of pegs were ordered Projecting her arrival date out to the beginning of OctoberThis turnaround time for the "party peg" selection is publicly stated on meggyspeggys.com under the fore mentioned selectionUpon making payment each customer is sent a copy stating MeggysPeggys "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" which states that when product is underway (meaning progress of painting.) or product is sent NO refunds are givenThis is to protect MeggysPeggys from Large quantity product, time and paint loss [redacted] original party date stated and the only date given was October After severe family health issues, I made all customers aware of the current state and included the messaged possibility in product delayAs a result her product was delayed a few days resulting in a need for expedited shipping on my end.The pegs had been paid for a day USPS shippingAfter sending [redacted] the tracking number for the mailed pegs, the product was sent with the date posted for arrival in timeHowever, in transit the USPS noted on the tracking site that the product was being held and that it would be delayed by a dayEven though [redacted] had access to this information I made her aware as to the fact that the USPS would likely cause a delayAfter she sent several personally threatening and accusatory messages towards me and DEMANDED a refund I referred her to our "TERMS AND CONDITIONS." I still have not received the pegs as stated. All conversations between this business and myself have been saved and attached. The business owner stated the pegs were in my possession and I was blocked, this information is false. As you will see in the conversations, on October 12 (a national holiday when all government businesses are closed, as is the USPS), the business owner was again contacted asking if the avenger set would be included in the package. I was then blocked and not able to contact her. Once the package arrived the following day the avengers were not included. I have not received the items I have ordered and will not stop until I receive a refund. I have since filed a complaint with the DCA and will continue to do so until this is handled properly. As stated previously, it is not consumers fault when a business has private matters outside of the business activity.

As the only items not places in the package were "Avengers" a refund of ONLY $35 is offered for those pegs not sent. Though the pegs are completed, in an attempt to resolve this exhausting matter and the brutal verbal attacks not included by the customer. I can offer that refund. However per guidelines and business policies the "Where the Wild Things Pegs" will not be refunded. As the product was purchased, painted, shipped and evidently recieved.
