Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I have a couple of receipts that show more wear and tear was on the car then what was being advertisedI have owned several cars and I understand the process of car buying, its risk& rewardMy problem is that when I brought the issue to them they should of addressed my concerns more seriously rather than giving me a bs reason why it could be happening, that is how you give good customer serviceIf the problem was just a $part I wouldn't be wasting nobodys time considering I paid for the car so him saying that makes no senseI've attached the part "he claims" I needed that I ordered off ebay and took it to my mechanic who has a shop and told that was not the problemThe problem is the brake module which is a $part and If I was told about this up front along with other issues I would have never brought the car

See attachment for response.I will to try to by brief and clear, iam Sorry that mr [redacted] feels that way about us after Buying his second car in last two years, we strive to give every costumer happy Experience when buying from us,but unfortunately sometimes some costumers are hard to pleaseAs to the Mr [redacted] s complaint on 04/04/he did purchase the Pontiac Grandprix gtp from us and and he was very happy and excited since we gave him an awesome deal from buying from us again, but unfortunately he is far from being on the side of truthFirst he showed up was after around weeks on the firs time not after a week like he claimed and he never mentioned anything about the wheel sensor or sludge and we never claimed that a wheel sensor is $dollars.we explained to him that he is buying the car with abs brake light illuminating and all we said was that one of the things that could trigger that is wheel sensor but by no means we said that is exactly the case and it will cost $He agreed and he said that this is not a big issue to him since we gave him a susbstancial discount on that car the original price on that vehicle was $and we sold the car to him for $total tax.reg and all the fees included and he was thrilled for that.Second, He came for second time or so weeks after the first time and this time he said that the car has sludge engine makes noise we checked the car and found no it extensive sludge build up and the engine noise is a engine noise for a vehicle that age and mileage and the mechanical condition of the car was as same as the day Mr [redacted] bought itWe explained everything to Mr [redacted] that there is nothing we can do for him since there was nothing to be fixed and we explained to him that he purchased the vehicle with no written or oral warranty and as car as the abs light he was informed and he agreed to purchase the vehicleSo as far as our part again unfortunately we can not do anything more since there is nothing To be fixed engine ran and Sounded the same as the day he bought it and there was nothing wrong with the vehicleSincerely [redacted]

We explained everything to Mr [redacted] that there is nothing we can do for him since there was nothing to be fixed and we explained to him that he purchased the vehicle with no written or oral warranty and as car as the abs light he was informed and he agreed to purchase the vehicle. So as far as our part again unfortunately we can not do anything more since there is nothing To be fixed engine ran and Sounded the same as the day he bought it and there was nothing wrong with the vehicleSincerely.
