Tell us why hereLet’s start form the top.1. Unfortunately, the statements made against Mrs*** are very true for usI will have the installer write a statement as to the threats she issued against him.2. The attachments are Texts messages not emails, I will work on attaching those3. The client NEVER spoke to the office manager over the phone, only through text messageI will attach screen shots of those messages.4. The owners Nieces and Nephews don’t live in this areaHis nephew is in the Air force in NevadaHe has never employed nieces and nephews as office managers or installersPlease provide reasons for those beliefs.5. The “college kids” that supposedly don’t know what they are doing and couldn’t take up the floor, on that note, they struggled because 98% of the floor was laid correctly and had adhered to the foundation correctly, so tearing it up was a task, and only done as a curtesy to the client6. At no time did her Attorney callOur office number has not changedThough we did receive a letter and have days from receipt to respondDon’t fret we will respond within the time frame provided.7. We don’t have an account with “Aggies list”Please elaborateWe also have no reconciliation of doing “several re-dos”.8. At no point do we feel the work was done “wrong”Like with any and all constructions, there can be issuesNothing is perfect, we do our best to install in a professional manner and stay with in construction standards.9. Please forgive us if we missed anything in our responseIt was difficult to understand everything with so many grammatical errorsWe apologize for that inconvenience

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Another example of the company not following up. As stated before if you were going to complete the work MY emails and calls would have been returned. You can answer the Revdex.com but not my text or calls. See you in court and my attorney will spell everything correctly for you
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Regards,

Tell us why here... In response to the complaint filed against Pro Floors of Katy, [redacted] is no longer working for, or with our company. While we understand time frames, there were many disruptions due to weather, drying times, etc. The number of days mentioned is extremely unrealistic for the...

type and amount of work required for this job. While we attempt to arrive at jobs in a timely manner, many variables are involved in construction and materials. Trash is always hauled off at the end of each job, as it is not practical to haul the trash off in the middle of a job, however inconvenient it may be. All attempts are made to control glue, leveler, etc., on occasion it will get on areas other than the intended, but it is always wiped and cleaned up. As explained to the customer, we were not going to completely destroy her entire house in one movement for the following reasons, much furniture would need to be moved and displaced, the family is still living in the home during the construction, and it’s not practical to displace every room at one time, thus further disrupting the living situations of the family while redoing the flooring in question. While the customer wants to remove the entire floor because of glue adhesion issues, construction standards in this industry does not suggest removing the entire flooring as she wants. Ms. [redacted] had about one quarter of the living room that wasn’t adhered to the floor, and the remainder took numerous days to remove because it had successfully adhered, even removing small areas of concrete from where it cured and adhered correctly. The suggestion that the entire floor did not adhere is greatly exaggerated.  Construction standards require injection of the flooring, which is very common in this industry. Ms. [redacted] misunderstood what the owner, David, was discussing with the installers; by no means would the owner ever force them to install something incorrectly. Ms. [redacted] has suggested that the installer has “jacked up her floors”. While we appreciate her opinion, these installers do this every day without any problems, and are commended on a weekly basis on how great their installations of the floorings are.  It is a natural product, all flooring is done piece by piece, nothing is perfect. There are bound to be problems and no one had ever disagreed to address any problems that may arise. Traditionally if issues like hollow areas arise, companies only replace the sections of flooring with the hollow spots; not the entire flooring like the customer has insisted upon. On the matter of never returning phone calls or text messages, the customers can always reach Pro Floors on the office phone from the hours of 9:30am – 5pm Monday- Friday and even leave a message and have their call returned by the next business day. Though we accept and acknowledge all customers’ opinions, respectfully our store has been in this industry for 17years, and after inspection of the flooring it was deemed that the condition of the floor was not as extreme as insinuated by Ms. [redacted]. Removing and replacing the entire floor, which Ms. [redacted] suggested, was being done out of courtesy, again it’s a natural substance and not all are perfect. The owner’s schedule prevents him from being able to check on every job, every single day, while he does check on them regularly. Installers report daily to the owner on progress of each job. We have recently hired a project manager to help with the checking and management frequencies of jobs and installers. We have continued to attempt to work with Ms. [redacted] to resolve any complaints, and exhausted our resources trying to do so. We are not refusing to not do the repairs she has requested, we have tried to work with the customer on her schedule. We were even at the job location this morning, but we as of today were forced to pull our installers from her home, due to a hostile work environment caused by the customer and her sister. When our new project manager attempted to speak to her calmly and respectfully, the sister yelled and at him and was very aggressive over the phone. Then when Ms. [redacted] spoke to our new project manager, and he was attempting to resolve ALL issues and give her what she asked for within reason of construction standards, she yelled at him and refused to let him speak. Ms. [redacted] has continued to berate him, and our installers, and send insulting text messages about our office manager to the owner, David. Due to the nature of the environment, we immediately pulled our installers our for their safety. Also, another side note, after completion of the first installation of the flooring, we have a signed contract of satisfaction by Ms. [redacted]. We have documentation to support our responses here today.
