I'm not sure why she is objectingI credit for the item was issued*** *** *** is not the purchaserThe item was sent back for replacement as it appear the prong holding the diamond plate must have gotten caught on something and loosened causing the heart shaped diamond plate to fall outAs is our policy we had no issue with repairing or replacing this item free of charge. The package was returned to us via priority mailAlthough it was received by the local post office it was not in our companies po box. It was misplaced by the post office within the facility although we can't get a straight story from either parties involvedWe explained to *** *** that as the shipper she had to place the lost package request through the *** for a search to be initiated several timesAfter *** *** finally contacted the *** the package was located and delivered to us the same dayUpon receipt of the return as per her ***etting phone call to IJC she stated she was returning the itemWe issued a credit for $the cost of the purchaseThe purchaser was credited to his credit cardAs stated on our sight and as agreed to at check out all shipping charges on returns are non refundable including original shipping charges and return shipping chargesIf *** *** would like a replacement item sent, the original purchaser simply has to log into his account and repurchase the item, as he has already received a full credit for cost of the themWe will happily credit him for the return shipping of his reorder ($10.35) and adjust the price once the reorder is placed and ship the item to him via *** ground shipping free of charge. Unfortunately given the way this transaction has transpired we must have all future transactions and correspondence documented regarding this purchase

Please note that we have issued a credit for your return as the package was delivered this afternoon. Please note that it appears the item was sent back in a 5x7 envelope which would fit without issue in our PO Box. Please note the package did not require a signature so there was no notification. Priority Mail 2-Day™ does not require a signature of notification since it is only insured up to $50.00.""As stated as of Friday 8/**/15 no notice regarding your package was in our PO BOX. As stated we contacted the post master regarding your package. If they have located the notice which was probably in the wrong PO BOX after our conversation then we will issue your credit in 24hours. We did not sign for your box because we are not in possession of it. Since we are not the shipper with cannot issue a lost package claim with the post office and initiate a search for your package. However we have taken steps to notify the local post master. Unfortunately you as the shipper must initiate the lost package claim with the post office. Since your package was sent Priority Mail 2-Day™ and is "Insured" this should not be an issue and should be resolved by the Post Office. For this very reason when we issued your RA# we stated the following should your package be lost either in transit or at the Post Office:"For your own protection when returning product we advise that you return your purchase to us via an insured courier such as [redacted] Parcel Post.
