This shop is run by an owner who only cares about profit and not about the customer or correct service repairsCame in for an oil change for a Mazda Tribute back the morning of December 28, I was told by the service adviser *** that there was an oil leak from the oil pan gasket that was dripping on the exhaust manifold and could cause a fire and was also leaking from the Dorman oil plug, which the service tech *** called a "temporary" oil plug, which it is not*** recommended repairs as well as a clean and dye to find any additional oil leaksBrought the car back around noon that same day to have the oil pan gasket fixed and the clean and dye done for $But *** gave a $discount which brought the total to $I was told that the Dorman oil plug was the only leak left and needed replacing but could wait until the next oil change since I had just had an oil change completedI noticed that the car was still leaking around the oil pan gasket on February 13, and brought the car back a week laterThe mechanic *** re-tightened the bolts and performed another clean and dye and verified there were no other leaks except for the Dorman oil plugBrought the car back a third time on February 10, to do the oil change and to finally have the Dorman oil plug replaced with a oil plugThe work was done by a different tech and was verified that there were no other oil leaks by a different service adviserWhile driving on March 10, 2018, we smelled oil burning again and I took the car back a fourth time on March 15, A third service adviser, who worked at the owner *** shop, told me that the car was now leaking further up in the engine and around the rear oil seals and from the upper oil pan gasket but not from the repair they didHe and the mechanic *** said that the car probably developed other leaks because of the leak being fixed that they did and the car was an old car with 178,miles on it and was prone to leaksI talked with the owner *** and said that I had never heard of such a thing happening in all my years of dealing with carsHe asked me what did I want to do and I told him that the oil leaks were not repaired as they had verified to me different times before and that at least the $should be credited towards other repairs that they said now needed doing to fix the oil leaks*** said that he would not do that because the oil pan was not leaking from where they had repaired itI asked him didn't they warranty and guarantee there work and he said that they couldn't verify and guarantee repairsI told him that other garages do and he said he begged to differ that they could totally guarantee the work they doI then took the car to a Mazda dealership to have them look over the carThey said that the car was leaking oil at the repair that Meineke did because they had put on the wrong oil pan gasket and the leaks were all from new oil! The tech said the only other leak was around the timing cover and it was very insignificantThe Mazda dealership gave me a quote of $and guaranteed that the work would fix the problem of the oil leaksSo, folks, there you have itAvoid *** Meineke shopsHe owns this one on South Saunders and the one in ClaytonThey will bleed you of your money and not stand by the work they doAnd the cost from a reputable dealership of $is about the same as this Meineke shop cost of $433.24! This is not overLet's see how Meineke corporate handles this.***, I'm shaking my head and shrugging my shoulders as you did to me that dayI read a number of the reviews for the Clayton shop and the customers there are about as unhappy as I amSeeing a pattern folks?

I was told it would cost to fix thermostat and flush coolant due to car overheating the problem was not fix and was charge
I took my car to meineke because my car was over heating I was told its the thermostat and I needed a coolant flush so this will cost I agreed and said go ahead,I received a call later stating I now need a water pump for and for laborI told the guy that was not the deal I agreed to what you said beforei even said can I just pay for the water pump since I am already paying for labor you are already working on the car he said noI went to pick up the car he charge me and the car is not fix its still overheatingI am so dissapointed in meineke because I have been a customer of theirs for over 5years since I move to this state but always did minor stuff like oil change and brakes etcnever any major repairs, so I am really really dissapointed that a business can treat a customer this wayI am a single parent who n
