6/19/ Brought in for yearly Oil / AC check; Freon Topped off - No problems $
6/called spoke with *** explained air was not working very well: he said bring in
7/brought in car I was told it was the EvaporatorReplaced$
7/Air out again brought in they ran check and put in more Freon I was told it was No Charge and they were doing me a favor I made notice to the rattling sounds and was told had nothing to do with the air conditioning system
8/Air in car out again; brought back and was advised the Condenser & Drier now needed replaced$was told they were doing me a favor gave me great price
10/Called and talked to *** I explained rattling still and not cold airHe told me I have an old Car and things happen, he then said it sounded like I needed a new part not realizing I had already had all parts replaced, when I explained this to him he said I should bring it back in to have it looked at
11/went in and spoke with ***-Owner explained of all issues above and had him listen to RATTLING car was making since trip to store on 6/made appointment to bring car in to have it looked at
11/dropped car ***-*** are now telling me they need to replace the Compressor$I have NO doubt that their technicians are clueless as to car issues and completely guessed at what the issue was on my car as the sounds coming from my car have been the same since the date they originally started changing parts out They are not truthful or organized, not having ever dealt with car issues before I have learned always ask for old parts and make sure the company your dealing with is reputableTHE MEINEKE ON DIXIE AT FIVE POINTS IS NOT STAY AWAY OR PAY THE PRICE
