For whatever reason, we were not able to find the original complaint. I did however, research the previous services performed for Mr. Thomas. It seems...
that he had 2 oil changes performed for his 2 vehicles on the same day. One was a full synthetic oil change and the other was a standard oil change. Since the service writer at the time of the services is no longer present at this location, I cannot ask him what the exact issue might have been. I have reached out to Mr. [redacted] to discuss with him what those issues are and to rectify them to the best of our ability. We have left Mr. [redacted] a voicemail and await his reply.
