the costumer sent the vehicle by towing truck and asked for replacing of the fuel pump so we recommend to test the fuel pump pressure as it looks working and we tested it and the we found out that the air mass flow sensor and we replaced it

- We informed the customer that no warranty on the work as he is using his own parts (as mention in his invoice NO WARRANTY)

This response is declined because not only is it inaccurate, there is no proposed resolutionBefore bringing my vehicle to this establishment, I had no problems with my fuel lines during the the 18k miles I put on it in my months of ownershipI was getting a bad fuel tank pressure sensor CODE, so instead of having the tank dropped just for a sensor, why not replace the whole fuel pump assembly (same NAME BRAND pump - side by side photos available)In performing the REPLACEMENT, the "technician" damaged not only both connectors, but also one fuel line while removing them (side by side old/New photos available)There is NO DIFFERENCE between the replacement and original partsThe technician damaged my connectors/line and the establishment attempted to charge me more money to fix it
Considering the experience I have had with this establishment, my requested resolution is fair and I am standing by itAgain, I have visual evidence and paperwork which disproves my being at fault and proves that this establishment performed shoddy work and is liable for damages

1-there is not any damaged done by our technician, all what this vehicle a fuel pump with the right clips to make it running fine
2- when the customer came to our shop first time the vehicle was not in a running conduction, after we put the new pump it was running so how it is possible the our techdamage the fuel line
3- Even that this vehicle ticket is not under warranty we checked it when it came back for customer satisfaction and connect these clips for him again for free
