The cust first contacted our meineke corp office via email regarding his concern several months after the alleged issueThe cust never provided Meineke ANY opportunity to address his concerns.Meineke didn't break any bolts- the veh in question was a commercial truck with multiple hundreds
of thousands of milesThe veh was equipped with the original manifold and manifold bolts that were heat seized, brittle and damaged from what appeared to be from a previous attempt of removalThe cust was informed about the manifold issue during service, authorized the additional repair and was charged aprox $to replace the boltWhat the cust describes as a wood 3/lag bolt was actually an exhaust manifold boltThere were different Meineke Service Centers that qualified the veh for towing at the time of the reported concernThe cust never "...asked for a simple reimbursement for the cost of the repairs of $375"In between his verbal threats and abuse he actually demanded a full refund of over $2200 for a $bolt repair MONTHS after he states it failed, without providing ANY Meineke an opportunity to perform no-cost repairs under the terms and conditions of our signed service contract, OR providing us any supporting documentation or copies of invoices of additional expenses as requested

Paying $84 for a heater core job is not reasonable. This customer is playing Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde. We called several times and left messages for them.
