I am rejecting this response because:
Until  you guys take responsibility for putting my children and I in danger in the first place you can’t trll me what lengths that your employee went through I am completely dissatisfied and will be going to the news and law regarding this matter already spoken to the city. Showing no concern of my family’s well being is NOT OK!!!

If the radiator was replaced, why did it overheat and nearly burn up my engine? The top bypass [redacted] was old and worn. When you replace a new radiator, aren't all the parts attached to it supposed to be new as well?

Otherwise stated? If the radiator was new, why were the parts (Bypass [redacted] that were part of the so called radiator old, cracked and worn and I had to replace them? Milking the system.
