Meineke Car Care Center - Fountain #2032

The following email was sent to customer support Hi, My name is *** im writing this in regards's to a service my wife had on my truck yesterdayI am currently deployed to Kuwait and am unable to service my truck myselfI referred my wife to your store in hopes of having the window (which has had issues with the motor and I will be replacing myself oncei am home) raised to the up positionI fully understand the issues it is having and your tech's should have easily been able to fix the issue in less then minutesNeedless to say my wife brought the truck and and after some time was told that the window needed a full rebuild ( which is a complete lie) that they couldn't get the window back up (which is also a lie considering I have had to rasie the window myself numerous times and was successful on each attempt with no hardshipsKnowing what I do about the situation with "MY" window, all information provided to my wife has been falseAfter this initial service was provided the tech brought the truck back after disassembling all items on the actual door itself, and once reaching her destination (home) realized that inner doorhandle does not workSir or Mam this is unacceptable after paying over $for a service that I have done personally in literally less then minutes and more harm has been done to my equipment then before it was brought to be serviced at your locationI will be contacting all echelons of customer support regarding this issueTomorrow I will be contacting the location personallyThank you for your time

Back in August 2014 one of my tires in my Ford Focus '12 went flat and needed repair, so I took just the tire to Meineke Car Care Center in Fountain which the Assistant Manager determined the "TPMS" was bad and needed to be replaced. Also, the Assistant Manager noted they could not "re-programmed" the TPMS because they did not have the equipment to do so and the car was not present, and I could do so at the Ford dealer for "free". Since it cost me quite a bit of $$, I asked the AM to provide an estimate for a full set of new tires for the car (that he forgot at that moment and had to return that evening to collect) to offset the treatment in the service and find some compassion by which the AM replied with an estimate of cheap tires (I researched them) at an outrageous price that included mounting, balance and so forth. I contacted the GM that same evening to complaint to which he assure me will resolve the matter, but unfortunately neither the customer service treatment nor the new tires estimate have been. To conclude, I'm still looking to solve the "TPMS" repair on my tire between the Ford dealer and other tire centers... Bottom line, I will not recommend this place to no one (friend or foe), ever!!! Can't trust them!!
