Meineke Car Care Center (Outer Loop)

On June 16th I took my spouses car into Meineke on Outer Loop Store Number [redacted] for a oil change and A/C check or recharge if neededI arrived at 2:PM and spoke with the manager, we discussed the oil was Dexos and then I handed the keys overAt 4:I called Meineke to check the status, was advised I could come on over as they just finished the oil change and was about to start the A/C chargeWhen we arrived my spouse and the same manager had a discussion about the oil being DexosHe informed us that they didn't do the A/C recharge due to the car needing a AC Compressor ReplacementWe took the car homeThe car set until Sunday 06/17/which is when my spouse discovered there was no oil change sticker telling us the next time we would be due for an oil changeSunday night my spouse checked the oil and there was only one line of oil and dark

I just called and left a message for Mr. ***. When he calls back I will see what we can do to help resolve his concern.

Have spent over $Truck still no repaired Have taken back times plus either charged me more or too busy yo get toI want my money back plus parts I dropped off and replacement of the key they lost
