I am rejecting this response because: My car wasn't drivable after Ron E***, Manager of the shop started trying to reprogram my computer, which is why Meineke had to rent me a car in the first place. After Meineke had my car for one week on September 15th I received a call from Steve S*** saying that his son Ron E*** and his other shop manager from Waldorf have went over and over my car and they can't figure out what Ron did to cause it to not accelerate. Steve said Ron and his other shop manager wanted to take my car to a guy in Accokeek who supposedly specializes in *** and that they was certain he could tell them what is wrong. Steve said he needed my permission before moving my car to *** ***'s auto clinic. I told Steve if they wasn't 100% sure that *** *** could tell them what was wrong with my car then they need to tow it to the *** dealer. Steve said he would call me back once he spoke to his managers again to assure that is what they was going to do. I heard nothing else from Steve. I called *** ***'s on Saturday, September 17th and was informed by the owner of *** ***'s auto clinic that he informed Meineke when they brought my car there that he had no time to go over my car and that they needed to take it to ***. On September 22nd I had *** tow my car from *** ***'s to a shop in White Plains, MD because Meineke abandoned my car at *** ***'s and never contacted me or the owner of that shop to retrieve my car they towed there in the first place. My car went to a total of shops, which one of them was *** in order to figure out what Meineke did to my car to cause it not to be drivable. I drove my car to their shop and it was no longer driveable once Ron E*** finished downloading and trying to reprogram my car. My took my car to *** ***'s and it was there responsibility to bring it back not just leave it and tell me I needed to take it to ***. Also, Steve called *** and told them they fixed my car and to call me so I can return the rental car. They abandoned my car and never repaired the issue that caused it not to accelerate

trouble codesThere were at least ten codes showingNone that pertained to the catalytic converters.The Manager told ** *** that to see what codes were present, at that time, he would have to reset the codes and see which ones come back onResetting the codes does no reprogram the computer, nor does it change the operational settings of the vehicleSeveral codes came back on.** *** left and left her fiance there with the car to watch what the Manager was doing to the carThe Manager showed him that there was an oily substance all over the mass air flow sensorHer fiance stated that he remembered someone spraying something on there** *** confirmed this when she came back by saying "yes someone was spraying something down that tube"The Manager offered to take the mass air flow sensor off, clean it, reinstall it, and see if it helpsThe Manager used mass air flow cleaner/spray to clean the sensor.The Manager told ** *** that it could be the ecu, but he could not be sure enough to install and charge her for itHe recommended taking her car to the *** Dealer to have the car fixedThere were at least three shops, that I know of, that recommended taking her car to the *** Dealer.After leaving Meineke, ** *** had her vehicle taken to at least four other automotive repair shopsShe shows that in her own paperworkNot one of them stated that Meineke or anyone else had damaged her carA *** Dealer recommended "throttle valve actuator replacementCustomer need to be aware that it is an initial repairIt may need more work"After the Dealer, another shop replaced a sensor unit for her to the tune of $** *** has had this vehicle in at least nine other places trying to get it repaired because of this driveability problem.I feel for ** *** are expensive to repair and maintain.*** *** was asked several times to turn the rental car inShe did notI finally had to tell the rental car company that I was no longer going to pay for the rental car and they needed to do what they needed to do to get the car back** *** came into the rental car agency and rented the car herself.*** *** was treated fairly and with the utmost of honesty by Meineke!
