Re: [redacted] # [redacted] Dear Customer relations Advocate: I received a complaint from a customer that he was not satisfied with the service and needs refundFirst of all I am extremely sorry about the incidentWe at Meineke make sure that we do our best to solve any disputes and make sure customers are satisfied about the resultsI am an absentee owner and depend upon my staff to make sure to listen to complains and resolve issues accordinglyI was briefed that customer had an issue with the repair and he was not happy and went to another shopI agree and very sorry that it took couple of days to find out which company had done the transmission since we send the specialty work to other shops and carry their warrantyWe did tell customer we are trying to search for the Trans company and we will be able to fix this issue under warranty but the customer could not wait and went to another shopIt is Meineke policy like other businesses that if you take your truck/car somewhere else your warranty is voidedWe do outsource some of work and the company was willing to fix the issue of Mr [redacted] truck, but Mr [redacted] took upon himself and went to another shop and got the work done without out our approvalThat is why it is hard for us to reimburse the labor he is asking for however Mr [redacted] was paid for the partsWe are in business for years and have a good track recordTo satisfy the customer we can give Mr [redacted] inner shop credit of $anything that we can do in the shop for his future repairs We want the customer to be happyI hope this satisfies the customerRegards, Manager Meineke Car Care [redacted] ***

To satisfy the customer we can give Mr. [redacted]  inner shop credit of $300.00 anything that we can do in the shop for his future repairs.  We want the customer to be happy.
