The ***'s came to us with a shipment that was intended to be a local move inside the city of Las CrucesWhen we picked up the shipment the understanding was it would be with us for a few days at the mostThey ended up not having a residence and ended up changing the move to an interstate move
to AZ, after they did not have a residence locallyWe could not leave the shipment on the trailer for months while they looked for a house so we removed it from the trailer and placed it in our storage facilityAt this point we did an inventory, because we do not do them for local moves, and wanted to have one for storage and interstate transportationThe shipment did not contain the TVs claimed to be missing when it came into storage. The customer also purchased insurance that has a deductible which is more than the cost of the TV's we are accused of stealing or losingThe guys we had on the job has been with us for a very long time and we do not have theft problems I have included two links to similar newer model TVs they described

There is also a matter of items that were broken in transportationThe customer packed there own belongings and in this industry we are unable to guarantee items that are not packed by the companyUnfortunately this problem has arisen from a shipment that was never meant to be an interstate shipment becoming an interstate shipmentIf we would have been properly informed this was going to AZ an inventory would have been done before this shipment ever left the residence I do not believe our guys took any goodsI did send a claim letter explaining the situation to the customer
