our location regarding this matter, instead made thedecision to go to the Meineke in Whitehall to tighten the oxygen sensor which isn't related to the one shecame to our facility for. The work done at our location was an exhaust repair, she needed a ?ex pipe thatwas broken. That particular ?ex pipe was however e whole assembly with e catalytic converter section.Since we deal with these types of repairs due to our extremely experienced staff on  daily basis we wereable to save her catalytic converter by removing the whole converter section from the car as an assemblyand welding a brand new ?ex pipe to the assembly and reinstalling the assembly without any leaks.Regardless of saving her money on that particular repair, we indicated to hier that she has an exhaust leak Iand she gave an okay to repair the exhaust. After the exhaust repair was ?nished and we can now hear thecar running normally, we noticed that her motor mount or mounts were broiien. hence the ?ex pipe broke inthe ?rst place. We advised her on the issue but she didn't was to listen. She said it wasn't like that beforewhich is a lie. Once the motor mounts are worn and torn, anything connected to the engine itself will start tostretch and even break parts such as electronic wiring, sensors and its wires and most commonly, the flexpipe. We received a call from her very inappropriately demanding a refund stating she had to get anotherrepairtthat she wasn't charged for) to her car that is non related to the one we addressed at our locationand believes somehow that we are liable for this repair, and also wants her money back for getting herexhaust ?xed. We have investigated this matter and have decided to not issue a refund. Besides therudeness of the customer's approach to our staff and place of business we will not repair something thecustomer was negligent for. it hes caused the store manager and technicians at our place of business tolonger want to service her vehicle. Thank you for informing us regarding this complaint.Regards,Matt AGeneral Manager
