Review: I had my car towed on Monday morning and the man on the phone told me he would keep me posted about my car. I had to call there to find out what is going on with my car. The haven't called me to update me on my car and my car has been there since Monday morning it is now Thursday afternoon and still no phone call about my car all day.Desired Settlement: I would like my car to be done and I want it done for free because of the lack of communication on their part.

Diagnosis began on Tuesday (3/31/15) afternoon, when customer called for update shortly after, no confirmed diagnosis was available as of yet. Wednesday (4/1/15) I discussed with customer part of the failure and that we needed to order the part, a dowel pin, from the dealer. I discussed with customer other work may need to be done on vehicle. Customer agreed to work estimate. Thursday (4/2/15) the parts arrived at my store and after attempting installation with the camshaft in the car, we confirmed the camshaft needed to be removed to complete the installation of the dowel pin. During this time, customers mother contacted the store urging that the vehicle needed to be completed immediately. As with any major engine repair, ample time is needed. When we contacted the customer on Friday/Saturday (4/3/15) to request additional time for the repairs/diagnosis, they notified us to stop all work.
