The Manager Ashley *** was rude raising her voice toward customers and very unprofessional
Menus and policies are not cohesive and my family was sick after consuming the food
I ordered two combination dinners to go, and I discovered that they are committing fraud if you order your dinners for takeout, because they don't include the choice of soup or salad as stated in their menu -
"Served with a Caesar or Green Salad or cup of soup AND TWO of the following sides:
Rice pilaf, baked beans,coleslaw, french fries, sweet potato fries, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, au gratin potatoes,roasted potatoes or macaroni and cheese
(Corn and fresh fruit when in season.")
They don't say anywhere on the menu that this only applies to "dine in" orders, nor do they lower the price for removing the optionSo basically, they bait you in with a menu that says their dinner comes with soup or salad, but then they switch it on you if you order it for takeout and try to charge you extra for what everyone else gets includedYou can bet I'm letting the Revdex.com know about this, and will advise all my friends in Simi (where I live) about this deceptive business practice
I complained to the Manager, and she tried to tell me that they give a larger portion of the side dishes instead of the soup or salad, which was not true, and besides, I didn't order extra large sides, I ordered the dinner they have as described on their menuAgain, They don't say anywhere on the menu that this only applies to "dine in" orders
