Review: [redacted] of MEJ Personal Business Services, Inc. requested that we return the original documents that were translated into Arabic rather than Chinese as we had requested. We notified [redacted] immediately of the error and asked that the documents be translated into Chinese, but he claimed he was leaving on vacation and indicated that he had no one who could provide the service within the week. This was a legal, time sensitive matter, therefore we needed to locate another translation service and pay their fees, after paying [redacted]'s company $247.98. We sent a cover letter, asking for the refund as well as the requested original documents that were translated into Arabic on November *, 2013. We never heard from anyone from MEJ Personal Business Services, Inc. and they do not answer their phone when we call. Voicemail does not seem to be available.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund of $247.98
