To keep this simple there is a few facts that are left out of complaint that are crucial details and first is that this person who wrote this complaint is unaware of all discussions and details on what was going on at this project because I never spoke to her at all.I have all text conversations with the man I signed this project with and all details in text form plus picture form that can easily prove these statements to be and made up .As far as the paint spilled on the ground goes that was not from us and before I started Working I made it a point to take photos of this and also in photos you can clearly see we had not even opened one can of paint yet plus the whole first level of this property was painted by owners and thats very clear to see in my pics that the section they painted is completed and they spilled the paint .This is the exact reason I take photos of everyyhing before we start so there is no confusion.Now as far as peeling paint goes there are no aluminum drip edges on house below shingles like every house should have and whoever had done the gutter work and roof work skipped this step which is why property was in such bad condition in the first place and needed to be painted .I explained this in detail and I even offered to do a temporary fix for almost just cost of materials to try and help the situation and we did move forward to do so.I made it very clear that a roofer and a gutter company need to be called asap to resolve this and to the date of me writing this response it still has not been done but all of the other surfaces we painted are solid and perfect with no issues except the one face of trim directly under where there is no drip edges are which has nothing to do with quality of work performed, instead it is caused by underlying issues that I explained more then times needed to be addressed asap.If need be I will forward all pics ,saved voicemails,and text conversations to clarify that my response is more then accurate and complaint filed was filled with comments .On top of it all I even went back and prepped and touched up front of property of the person I signed contract with and the one and only person I worked through the details of this project with just to help out at no additional charges to anyone .Thanks for reading and I will give proof of this project and my statement of what happened at any time without hesitation if need be cause I have more then enough evidence to prove what I just stated is the real truth to this project
