involved looking after Mr. [redacted]. It is unfortunate he has come to this. But, in our defence we have done everything and gone above and beyond for Mr. [redacted]. The car was initially service for A Motor Vehicle Inspection and intensive look over before it hit the lot. I personally drove the car for a month with no issues in anyway. We have had his car looked at and serviced after the sale for anything he has come to us for at no expense to Mr. [redacted]. The service shop has test drive the vehicle with more than one mechanic and no one can find or feel what he states has been the issue. I have four additional work orders showing the vehicle has been looked at repaired for what they have found and paid for by us, Approved Auto. I believe we have held up more than our fair share with Mr. [redacted] and in no way is any used vehicle going to satisfy his needs. If there is anything I can do to help this matter please let me know ASAP. I have a copy of all the invoices from the day we purchased the car for our lot till the last issue we dealt with Mr. [redacted]. WE also put in a new front grill for Mr. [redacted] which he gave his word he would pay his half for as it did not need it but he wanted it to look new. Which he never has paid and we paid for the whole bill without bothering Mr. [redacted] for his share. I hope this suffices and we can deal with this matter accordingly.
