I don't even know where to start I purchased a truck from them I tried getting a little deal like anyone would she didn't budge one dollar which I don't care about the response is what got me her reply was I got over 4th in inventory all paid for I don't need your money and I said I'll give you cash her reply was that does nothing for me whatever so I liked the truck bought it had it for days brought it to the local ford dealership to have a point inspection and it came up with codes bad ball joints leaking oil and a ticking noise that ended up being a bent valve the Ford dealership said the truck was in overall poor condition and someone must of tripped the check engine light I brought it back to her to complain and and the first thing she said was is there a check engine light on when I said no she was like well then I can't do nothing I was informed that only has to do with the inspection and I stated it won't pass inspection which she stated she will put it on her machine and bet it will pass inspection thank god I had someone of authority with me and said do not put that truck on that machine cause it will pass she will make sure it passes he told me to go to any reputable inspection station and have them do it I took it to an inspection station and it failed for everything the ford dealership plus more and at the bottom of the paper they gave me it said it big letters check engine light failure so I brought it back which she gave me a hard time so I left the truck there to have it fixed it's been there over a week and never herd from her I called her she said they were fixing the oil pan which is only a couple hour job then I call her back on the 6th day she said oh were fixing it doing the oil pan I was like you said that a week ago that's not what needs to be fixed what else you fixing she had no clue cause she wasn't fixing nothing then she says I rather give you your money back cause she knows it's going to cost a lot of money to fix the truck cause ford said it would cost just as much as you paid for the truck to fix it better off just putting a whole new more and electronics than fixing it piece by piece so she knows giving me the money back would save her a lot of time and money and she will sell the truck to an unsuspecting buyer I should of known better for the price from a dealership was to good to be true I have everything on video and recording cause dealers are so dirty I never had a good experience thank god I recorded everything for that fact sorry for the big review but no one should ever have to go through this
