RESPONSE: to complaint submitted by *** *** on 7/13/2014, Yes I filed her income Tax return in February for the refund amount of
and when on the phone with Beautiful*** before submitting I Did ask for her to conform her account number she said she Did not have it and I said I have one here can you Confirm it and she said Yes so I went on and electronically filed the return on March ,she contacted me about her refund I said let me go through your account and then she said it was not hers, I said that she confirmed that account t number so she went to the Credit Union and asked if the return was sent to that account and I mentioned to her it would more then likely be returned in Check format from Irs in 4-weeks cause the Credit union does not keep returns with others not listed as an account holder, then in Late June she contacted me saying the funds were never sent back to the Irs it was deposited into that account so I mentioned I would call and see if they can investigate it and Did with her information I had on file, I Did not receive the money she needs to get that payment directly from the Irs I have stopped communication with Mrs.*** due to her severe rudeness and her yelling I Did try and help her in the situation and she is not going to be refunded the due to me doing all her mortgage, w-and all Ger deductions on her returnI HAD MENTIONED to Mrs *** to contact Irs for payment and she till argues it's my fault well I asked for her to conform the account I had on the paper and Yes it could of came from another file that is why I asked for confirmation of the account I don't feel as if this is a fault of my business or my self she has been the first client that this happen to I had others that their number was off and received a Check not due to my error May I mention and that is all Thanks for your help in this matter hope to get this situation resolved
