I arrived around 3:pm on 1/5/2017, I advised a sales manager, Ryan Cabout my need to purchase a Nissan Versa Note that I had been leasing I was then introduced to a sales agent, Christiaan Cwho was to take care of my request to purchase this vehicleI advised him that the finance company was Nissan Acceptance CorpMrCtold me that he would obtain the figures from his manager that were required for me to purchase my leased vehicle and that he would return promptlyIt was mentioned that he would have talked with the manager, Bruno P When the sales agent, MrCreturned he had the paperwork ready for me to sign and then for me to pay a check to "Wesley Chapel Nissan Dealership." When I reviewed the paperwork, I noticed that the payout amount was incorrect which along with fees and taxes would amount to over $15,I explained that in December 2016, I had called Nissan Motor Acceptance for the payout amount but I had not mentioned this because what I was quoted was more than days agoThe sales agent immediately withdrew the paperwork and stated something like when Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp was overpaid that I would have received a refund in the mailI felt like I was transacting business with the Wells Fargo Bank I then had the agent call Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp from the phone number that was present on his desk, 800-456-The pay off amount that was quoted was, $10,The agent then presented me with new paperwork with a total due of about 12,which included the payout amount plus taxes and feesI demanded some relief from all the feesWhat I ended up paying was $11,I then wrote a check around 6:pmI had been made to wait a long time for the finance specialist, Jonathan Swho was very efficientI have no way of knowing if I was made to wait so long on purpose or not

About a year ago I stepped into the Wesley Chapel dealership and It resulted in the first time that I've been scammedWorst car buying experience everI'm sorry this is going to be a bit long but I am very upset and want to warn prospective customers of what they might experience
I walked in looking for one of the used cars they had on their websites; a AltimaThey never actually showed me the car but tried to shove a model down my throat insteadI told them that I was really on a budget and would only be able to take on a loan of 15,I had just moved into the city and was all alone so I really had to be careful with my moneyI also knew that I wanted to attend grad school very soon so I really didn't want to be tied down with a major billThe sales rep looked me in the eye and told me he understood and that he could put me in a brand new car with that budgetThen he told me to go home, give it some thought and that he would have a great deal waiting for me if I came back within days
I went home to think about itI thought to myself, I really needed a reliable car to go to work and if he was really serious about getting it under my budget then I guess it would be worth a tryI decided to go back and he laid the deal on the tableIt wasn't even close to my budget so I refused but he insisted on getting me to buy the carWe negotiated back and forth to where it got close to my budget with me having to trade in my car to themThere we had reached a deal, 16k!
