Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for the opportunity for allowing us to respond to the complaint that was filed against Melania Hair Design, ID ***At Melania Hair Design, we take pride in serving our customers and most importantly provide quality service.Upon reviewing the complaint,
please note that it is not the customer that received the service filing the complaint, it's her motherThe client mother called our salon to get clarification regarding the service that her daughter received, specifically asking why her daughter was charged an extra $dollarsIwas the one to answer the phone, however, unaware of what actually happened, I stated it was best to speak with the stylist that provided the service since I was not in the store/salon when her daughter was servicedI had the stylist speak with her, and as far as knew she understood why there was an extra $charged for the services, and seemed fine with the explanation.After the stylist got off the phone, I asked her to please tell me what had occurredShe stated that when the daughter arrived, she has asked her if she needed to get her hair wash before getting the braiding service to which her daughter responded yesThe stylist disclosed upfront before washing her hair that it was going to cost her an extra $dollarsShe stated that it was fineUpon leaving the salon, the daughter was content with the service received and thanked the stylist and tipped her.Given that the daughter was aware of the extra charge before getting serviced, and didn't leave concerned or voiced any disagreement for the extra charge, a refund for the difference will not be issued.Again, thank you for the opportunity to reply with our side of the dispute.Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any of my addressed below.Sincerely,Melania G***

I am rejecting this response because, I was not informed of the additional $prior to getting my hair washedThe young girl asked me if I already washed my hair and I told her no but there was no information regarding the extra chargeI was told the extra $when I was getting ready to pay. I did not complain about this because I was too surprisingly confused about the price so yes, I went on and pay the extra amount.

I am rejecting this response because,  I was not informed of the additional $20.00 prior to getting my hair washed. The young girl asked me if I already washed my hair and I told her no but there was no information regarding the extra charge. I was told the extra $20.00 when I was getting ready to pay. I did not complain about this because I was too surprisingly confused about the price so yes, I went on and pay the extra amount.
