Hello,
I am responding to the complaint I received (XXXXXXXX)I want to start off with I do not believe I ever worked under the complaints houseIf I did a "Trenchless sewer" the replacement would have taken place in the front or side of
houseNot underneath so a pipe would block the crawlspacePlusIf we did anything to block the crawlspace how could we have used (accessed) it? I do not believe there is any support to this complaintI would have never placed something in the way either blocking or otherwise a crawlspaceAdditionally I have never worked in AlamedaAnd I have not been active in business for a long timeWhy would there be a problem several years later?
Even by the complaint she says everything is working fine other than a pipe blocking a crawlspaceHow would anything (the line replacement) have take Place if it were blocked if I was there?
I have always prided myself on my work I do not think if I did work for her it would have been substandard

I do see that invoice only shows "limited warranty" but he didn't install the pipe correctly and I had no reason to believe that it was incorrect until another service provider tried to go under the house and could not get in because of the pipe that was installed directly in front the only access to the houseI am not a plumbing expert and would have no reason to crawl under the house to make sure that it was installed correctly
If you call him on the phone and pretend to be a client, he will say "there is a lifetime guaranty" without any kind of qualificationI guess that is how he gets business by misrepresenting his warrantyNevertheless, it was not installed correctly, he agreed to come look at it and "correct it if it was wrong" in August because of his "lifetime warranty" then he did not show up at his appointment time and has refused to answer my phone calls since
